Basal foliage that resembles a small foxglove
Spikes of wine coloured buds open to rose flowers. Multiple flower spikes if plant is happy.
18” tall
Snip when finished for rebloom.
Easy to grow and care for.
Best in full sun but will tolerate part shade.
Deer resistant in my garden
Average soil, average water. Can tolerate some drought (has tap root) but will look like crap.
Sow seeds indoors under lights in Feb/March in regular seed starting mix
Easy to grow from seed
