Clarkia elegans "Appleblossom"

$3.50

Annual

This is a truly lovely variety with softest pink double fowers
It’s grown to 36” in my garden so far
Best grown en masse to get the impact of their flowers
Well drained, but good quality soil is best, else they’ll be small and you won’t get as long of a show.
These started flowering in late June for me, still going strong.
Cut flower.
Full sun.
I would recommend pairing with perennials such as tall grasses and Siberian iris.

Very easy to grow from seed-start indoors under lights and plant out after frost.
